Jason Goldberg is a partner at MLT Aikins, the largest law firm in Manitoba and Western Canada, where he specializes in corporate tax planning, business reorganizations, estate planning, and dispute resolution. With more than 20 years of experience, he advises clients on acquisitions, divestitures, shareholder and partnership agreements, succession planning, and CRA appeals.
Jason is a recognized thought leader in Canadian tax law, having authored papers for the Canadian Tax Foundation and delivered presentations for organizations like the Business Development Bank of Canada. He holds an LLB from the University of Western Ontario and a BA from the University of Manitoba, with additional advanced tax and corporate law course work.
Outside of work, Jason is an avid NHL and NBA fan and actively supports philanthropic initiatives such as Balmoral Hall School.
